The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Pursue new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships
  • Relationship Building and Management:
    • Buid long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
    • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Marketing and Business Development:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that meet client needs
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
  • CRM and Data Management:
    • Manage client data and CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Deal Shepherd and Client Success:
    • Act as primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Transaction Valuation and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough analysis of client-provided financial data to determine valuation ranges
  • Platform Collaboration and Training:
    • Support platform-generated legal documents and other materials as needed
  • Performance Metrics and Feedback:
    • Track and report on key performance metrics to inform business decisions
    • Collect feedback from clients to improve services and enhance overall client experience
