We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help develop a strong business pipeline by converting company-generated opportunities into sales orders through effective sales techniques. The ideal candidate will be accountable for achieving personal gross profit targets monthly and skilled at generating their own leads through strategic campaigns, cold calling, cross-selling, upselling, and networking with partners. You will work closely with senior decision makers to build long-term strategic alliances, manage contract negotiations, and ensure customer requirements are fully understood to provide the best solutions.

This role requires excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate contractual paperwork, systems, and reporting data while supporting contract coordinators and customer service teams. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of the coffee sector, the ability to execute sales plans aligned with company goals, and the drive to manage contract renewals and maintain profit margins. What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Telemarketer, Sales Executive or Business Development Executive.
  • advanced English skills with clear, professional communication, especially over the phone when engaging prospects.
  • IT proficient, with a good understanding of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and CRM systems, as well as telephone systems.
  • Confident and persistent in influencing, persuading, and negotiating through outbound calls.
  • Willingness to work UK shift hours.
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City.
