Job Title: Senior Customer Success Executive

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Senior Customer Success Executive to join our team.

This role requires banking, finance or banking-related experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize revenue from existing customers by reducing churn, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring connected companies.
  • Propose process changes to improve customer efficiency and support growth and digitization strategies.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, proposing mitigation measures and acting on them.
  • Owning the customer relationship from board level downwards to ensure optimal value perception and insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for top management, Board members, and other key decision-makers.
  • Run regular business review meetings with decision-makers, ensuring customers understand the value Oradian's products bring.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales in networking with financial sector leadership to increase referrals from existing customers.
  • Assist in sales meetings to promote and demonstrate Oradian services, attend and present at marketing events.
  • Increase value generation for customers.
  • Provide consultancy on best digitization practices for customers undergoing digital transformation.
  • Design product adoption plans, monitor Product adoption specialists' activities, and act as an escalation point for product adoption projects.
  • Monitor and act as consultant and escalation point for implementation projects.
  • Challenge customers to think creatively about maximizing the value of Oradian's services.
  • Provide training on best practices and benefits from the system.
  • Share insights about customers' operations and their impact on our product roadmap with the product team.
