About the Opportunity

A leading player in the FinTech sector is looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Growth & Partnerships Manager to lead strategic business development initiatives. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a strong track record in driving organizational growth, cultivating high-value partnerships, and expanding market presence.

As part of the leadership team, you will have direct influence on the company's growth trajectory, working closely with executives, financial institutions, technology partners, and industry stakeholders to strengthen its position in financial technology innovation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute growth strategies that align with company objectives and the evolving FinTech landscape.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market entry strategies to accelerate expansion.
  • Establish, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with banks, technology providers, and regulators.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, ensuring high performance and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums, enhancing brand visibility and credibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Candidate Profile
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline. An MBA is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in business development, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role, preferably in FinTech or financial services.
  • Expertise:

  • Proven record of market expansion, partnership building, and revenue growth.

  • Strong knowledge of financial technology trends, regulations, and ecosystems.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Familiarity with Revenue Performance Management (RPM) and how to align marketing, sales, and partnerships to deliver predictable and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams, with a focus on performance, collaboration, and innovation.
