
Senior Business Growth Manager

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will lead a team of operations managers and/or team leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and driving business growth.
This is a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences, meeting service level agreements, and achieving financial objectives. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance client satisfaction
- Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to ensure individual and team success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Associate's Degree or higher required; 10+ years of experience with 2-4 years of progressive management experience preferred
- Proven ability to analyze and improve work processes, establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish specific goals
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
This role provides leadership to managers, supervisors, and/or professional staff, overseeing the performance and results of multiple related units. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
