">We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and cold outreach. Your primary goal will be to match AvePoint's products and services with the needs of potential customers, helping to drive growth and revenue.
">To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and outside the box. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
">- Main Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customer organizations and prospects.
- Develop and execute effective product and solution-based messaging to facilitate high conversion of leads to qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with sales account executives to help prospect their territories.
- Record accurate customer data into our CRM system.
Requirements:
">You must have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in lead generation and prospecting. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Prior cold calling experience is also desirable, although not essential. You should have excellent communication and listening skills, as well as the ability to understand technical concepts and convey them to customers.
