We are currently seeking a candidate for the role of Guest Experience Ambassador at our luxurious hotel in Makati.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued throughout their stay with us.

You will work closely with other departments to provide seamless service and ensure that all guest requests are met efficiently. This includes managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to advise guests on various services and amenities available at the hotel.

In order to succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
