Customer Experience Ambassador

The Customer Experience Ambassador is a vital role within our organization, responsible for overseeing daily operations and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to walk-in subscribers, addressing their concerns and queries promptly.
  • Engage with customers to sell products and services, perform product demonstrations, and process documents received from subscribers.
  • Maintain efficient customer delivery, adhering to shift schedules and attendance policies, while ensuring a clean workplace compliant with 5S standards.
  • Execute functions as required by our system policies, including cashiering and accepting payments, resolving after-sales transactions, and transmitting subscriber documents to the Credit Library.
Performance Metrics:
  • Achieve sales & revenue targets, demonstrate favorable Line Wait and CSAT/MSP results, meet SLA standards for all transactions, and complete training and examinations successfully.
Deliverables:
  • Exceed sales targets, maintain high customer satisfaction, implement effective visual merchandising, optimize store operations for efficiency and profitability, and develop a high-performing team.
Professional Development:

Optional certifications in retail management, customer service, or sales techniques may be advantageous but are not mandatory.
