
Senior Operations Executive

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Operations Manager to lead our team of supervisors/professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- To implement policies and identify opportunity areas to ensure efficient operations
- To manage a team of professionals and maintain partnerships across the organization to further operational goals
Operational Performance Metrics:
- Provides periodic performance data to the Department Manager by analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly trends
- Inspects data accuracy on team reporting
Process Improvement Initiatives:
- Conducts scheduled and random audits to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Identifies opportunity areas and implements strategies in collaboration with stakeholders to improve processes and customer service delivery
People Development Strategy:
- Provides leadership to a team of professionals, including recommendations for hiring/termination, approval of time records, schedule adherence, deployment, mentoring, performance review, pay recommendations, and administrative decisions
Organizational Collaboration:
- Maintains strong partnerships across the organization, including HR, Ops Desk, CRE, to positively influence service delivery and customer satisfaction
Additional Responsibilities:
- May be assigned/rotated across other related functions within Operations
- Rotating assignments will include but not limited to: Back Office Processing, Collections, Fraud/Disputes, Servicing, Vendor Management, and Customer Protection Resolution
