Role Overview:

The Executive/Operations Admin will ensure smooth internal and external operations, requiring strategic thinking to optimize processes, coordinate teams, and foster a collaborative culture.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies.
Team Coordination:
  • Align engineering, marketing, and product teams on goals.
  • Serve as liaison with external stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions.
Project Management:
  • Lead high-priority projects, meeting deadlines.
  • Use tools like Asana or Trello for tracking.
  • Report project outcomes to leadership.
Financial and Resource Management:
  • Assist with budgeting and resource planning.
  • Manage vendor relations and contracts.
  • Oversee expenses within budget.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and mitigate operational risks.
Strategy and Growth:
  • Contribute to operational strategy development.
  • Support scaling efforts and resource planning.
  • Refine processes for growth and innovation.

Minimum qualifications include 3-5 years in operations or project management, familiarity with tools like Asana and Slack, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and knowledge of blockchain/DeFi, especially the Solana ecosystem, is preferred.
