A customer success professional is needed to drive financial education and sales growth. This role involves engaging with customers who have been declined for loans, understanding their concerns, and effectively addressing objections.
The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of proven sales experience, strong communication skills in English, and expertise in objection handling and negotiation. They will also possess a reliable internet connection and be able to work from home.
This position requires:
- Providing clear and concise financial education about credit rebuilding strategies and the benefits of our offered products via inbound calls.
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic approach to turn potential rejections into successful sales engagements.
- Guiding customers through their credit rebuilding journey with ongoing support and follow-up.
