Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Student Success Care Services Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the success of our learners by providing exceptional support and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Learners
    • Deliver personalized support to learners, addressing their concerns and fostering their academic success.
    • Provide guidance on company policies, processes, and available resources to ensure learners have access to relevant tools and support services.
  • Proctoring and Administrative Tasks
    • Assist with proctoring tasks when utilization of primary SSCS function is low.
    • Process and manage learner information update requests via email.
    • Handle all tasks related to scheduling exams and providing exam-related information.
  • Resolution and Escalation
    • Resolve complex issues, technical bugs, or system errors efficiently.
    • Monitor and identify recurring or new issues across multiple tickets and escalate to the Team Lead for further action.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong attention to detail, coupled with exceptional analytical and investigative skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Outstanding multitasking and prioritization abilities to manage competing demands efficiently.
