Home-Based Sales Support

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a full-time, home-based position. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales executives, suppliers, and customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing organizational strategies to enhance the efficiency of the sales team
  • Collaborating with the sales team to design and implement systems within this department
  • Preparing sales-related documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as directed
  • Providing backup telephone answering services
  • Scheduling meetings and creating/issuing meeting agendas and taking/distributing detailed meeting notes
  • Researching and identifying customer contact information via email, phone, etc.
  • Inputting and collating data into CRM
  • Liaising with current and prospective customers, including generating, compiling, and maintaining an up-to-date contact database

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, be flexible, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proficient keyboarding/data entry skills
  • Strong knowledge of products and capabilities
  • Capable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
  • Working knowledge of applicable CRM and ERP software
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a college or university degree preferred, or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience
