Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our sales organization. As a BDR, you will be responsible for lead generation and qualification to drive new business opportunities.

This role requires you to work during US business hours, Monday through Friday. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and nurturing potential clients to identify qualified opportunities.
  • Managing outbound campaigns, identifying key decision-makers, and conducting initial sales conversations.
  • Acquiring an in-depth knowledge of ideal customer profiles and key personas to drive meaningful conversations.
  • Conducting research on potential leads through business directories, web searches, and digital resources.

You will also collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize new and strategically significant expansion opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively research potential customers and identify opportunities for sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field is preferred but not required.
