This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic sales development team as a Customer Support Professional. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to our sales development team
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate and timely information on leads and contacts from multiple sources
  • Assisting with the creation and distribution of sales materials and marketing collateral
  • Tracking and reporting on sales development team performance
  • Lead Management & Qualification Support:
    • Routing qualified leads to the appropriate sales development representatives
    • Conducting research to identify potential leads and gather relevant company information
  • Customer Communication & Support:
    • Serving as a point of contact for sales-related inquiries from internal customers and cross-functional teams
    • Assisting sales development representatives in setting up and managing sales campaigns
  • Sales Operations & Process Improvement:
    • Identifying opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency
    • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales support tools and resources
    • Generating sales reports and analyzing data to provide insights to the sales development team
  • Working closely with sales development representatives, sales managers, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales development team as needed
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to team goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and resourceful with a strong problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
