Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to lead our recruitment efforts. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the full cycle of recruiting, from job analysis and sourcing to selection and onboarding.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent and meet our business objectives. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted plans to fill open positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage the full cycle of recruiting, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, and selection
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition leadership
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
