BASIC FUNCTIONS:

The HR Supervisor for Recruitment is responsible for bringing the best talent to the organization and building pipelines of talent for hard-to-fill positions. This role will also oversee the recruitment and hiring of professional teachers, with a strong focus on academic hiring to support the organization's educational objectives.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Designs, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization.

  2. Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source

  3. Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.

  4. Conducts job interviews for the supervisory and managerial job positions (or key positions in the organization)

  5. Administers psychological examination composed of personality, intelligence and aptitude tests.

  6. Prepares psychological profile/report of applicants based on interview and psychological test result.

  7. Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics and issues.

  8. Analyzes recruitment data

  9. Prepares relevant recruitment report, retention rate, and attrition rate.

  10. Provides guidance and support on recruitment processes and best practices.

  11. Spearheads programs and activities relative to job fairs and other recruitment events

  12. Identifies future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.

  13. Develops and maintains an effective network of contacts to source potential candidates

  14. Evaluate candidates' qualifications and match them to job requirements

  15. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

Academic : Four (4) year College graduate of Psychology / Behavioral

Science/ Human Resource Management.

: Preferably licensed Psychometrician

Work Experience : At least 2-years supervisory experience in the recruitment field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php31,000.00 per month
