Job Overview

The Training Coordinator coordinates strategic training initiatives and projects, overseeing key deliverables that impact new hire experience, performance, compliance, and revenue. This role involves tracking progress, creating reports, and liaising with various teams to ensure effective collaboration.

Responsibilities
  1. Track new hire class performance for US & PH Geos, collating data on throughput, learning lab, and new hire surveys.
  2. Establish strong communication with global training leaders, creating a collaborative and professional environment.
  3. Develop and maintain reports on trainer observation, supplemental completion, compliance, productivity, and global training quarterly scorecards.
  4. Liaise with finance/procurement teams to manage training budget requests and new hire training seat capacity.
  5. Manage ticket requests related to DTR issues, training material requests, schedule changes, SharePoint access, and errors.
  6. Send out quarterly requests for new hire virtual machine allocation and provide reporting insights to global training leadership.
  7. Safekeep and track usage of training equipment such as peripherals, training materials, and togas used during new hire graduation.
Requirements
  • Verbal and written communication skills to analyze, interpret, and address training needs.
  • Knowledge of PC applications like MS Office, Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, time-critical environment with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 months of relevant work experience.
