We are seeking a Training Supervisor to join our team.
About the Role
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and two to four years of relevant experience as a Trainer or Training and Quality Supervisor.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, able to lead teams in multi-tasking and prioritization, and work well under pressure.
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, and providing direction to employees is essential, along with a self-starter mentality and sense of urgency.
- Able to foster a professional environment and build relationships, with strong attention to detail and ability to work flexible schedules.
- To develop a department of well-trained professionals who continuously improve themselves and the organization.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives by evaluating internal processes and training programs.
- Evaluate trainer consistency and accuracy through observation and analysis of class evaluations.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and quarterly one-on-ones with trainers.
- Cultivate relationships with the Operations team and other managers to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide feedback on trainer performance based on personal observations and internal/external sources.
- Conduct site audits during live situations and maintain training tools used by the Training organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
