Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, eLearning development, and corporate training.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training curricula and learning scopes, aligning with business objectives and learning outcomes.
  • Design and deliver engaging, effective eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, and hybrid learning programs using the ADDIE Model and Bloom's Taxonomy.
  • Create training materials including PowerPoint presentations, participant guides, facilitator manuals, quick reference guides, and other support materials.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 suite (Storyline 360 and Review 360).
  • Proficiency in MS365 Office suite is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Vyond and text-to-speech tools for multimedia learning content.
  • Strong knowledge of ADDIE Model, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI).
  • Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or strong Canva skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or corporate training, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or skincare industry.
  • Proven experience creating full-scale curricula, learning scopes, and blended learning programs.
