Job Description:

As a Learning Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge learning technologies that foster employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to identify and address learning needs and goals
  • Provide expert technical support and training to learners and instructors on the use of advanced learning technologies
  • Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on our organization
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging and interactive eLearning modules that meet the evolving needs of our learners
  • Serve as the primary administrator of our SharePoint infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SharePoint administration and Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in learning technologies and related tools
  • Experience in conducting quality assurance checks and usability testing for learning technologies and content
