Role Overview

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Instructional Designers to create and render storyboards, convert draft materials for learners and facilitators into audio-visual output
  • Build course content from preset curriculum and upload them on iFive University
  • Research possible content and convert them to usable CBT or blended-learning content
  • Produce animated training videos, record voice-overs, and act as the technical expert in video and audio productions
  • Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Rise; use animation tools such as Vyond, CreateStudio, Descript
  • Use design tools such as Canva, MS Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint
  • Use production and editing tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, Audition, and Audacity
  • Use streaming platforms such as Zoom and OBS to create e-Learning training programs and activities
  • Provide support for course errors; design learning badges, activity badges and certificates; coordinate with LMS provider support for troubleshooting bugs on the platform
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders
  • Support other L&D initiatives and non-training design needs
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience with solid e-learning design and computer-based training content development
  • Knowledgeable in adult learning methodologies and e-learning design principles
  • Mastery in using Articulate 360 and Rise
  • Mastery in using Adobe Suite apps including Premiere, Photoshop, Audition, etc.
  • Preferably with background in using animation and AI tools such as Vyond, CreateStudio, Descript
  • Preferably with creative and graphic design background; knowledgeable in Canva
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule and on a Hybrid setup
  • Shifting schedule; Default at 6AM-3PM
