Learning Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning Management Specialist to support the implementation and optimization of our enterprise learning management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and deploying learning management systems, with a strong understanding of corporate training processes and compliance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and implement learning management systems based on client requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Design and manage learning items, curricula, programs, assignment profiles, and user roles.
- Support integration with HR systems and third-party content providers.
- Perform system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support and assist in change requests and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless learning operations.
- Ensure compliance with learning regulations and audit requirements.
- 4-7 years of experience in learning management systems, with at least 3 years in configuration and deployment.
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring learning management system components.
- Understanding of learning workflows, compliance tracking, and reporting.
- Experience with integrating learning management systems with HR systems and third-party content providers.
