- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards that drive excellence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee onboarding and training programs for customer service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
