Drive Business Growth as a Senior Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business strategies, with a focus on process improvement, market growth, and integration.

  • Develop and execute plans to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Experience working with modern project management tools is a plus.

Direct client-facing experience and excellent written communication skills are also highly valued.
