Operations Leadership Role

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Operations Leader to join our team. This key position is responsible for managing a Medical Contact Center Operations team in a virtual environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 8-10 Front Line Supervisors and Staff, across multiple service shifts, ensuring seamless customer experience delivery.
  • Direct the overall service-related activities for the team's customer service function, supporting the company's customer experience and operations strategies.
  • Develop and implement People Initiatives with Human Resources, including compensation planning, performance management, staffing, employee relations, recruitment, training, teaming, and employee development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
  • Implement technology and process enhancements to improve operational effectiveness, enhance customer satisfaction, and respond to evolving customer needs.
  • Anticipate customer requirements and proactively develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Solve complex problems impacting the business, driving innovative solutions to optimize customer experience.
  • Develop and manage business plans to achieve strategic objectives.
