We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting expertise and supervisory experience.
- Onboard new clients using established templates and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain high client satisfaction levels by ensuring accountants meet deadlines.
- Support the onboarding process for new team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Review monthly financial reports for accuracy and quality before presenting them to clients.
- Monitor client communication channels to guarantee clear and effective communication.
- Ensure accountants meet performance goals and assist in workload balancing.
- Collaborate with other managers to address issues promptly, preventing escalation to senior leaders.
- Provide constructive feedback to senior leaders on systems and suggest areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and share ideas with senior leadership.
- Conduct regular team evaluations, recommend promotions, and maintain professional communication with clients.
The successful candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in accounting or finance, along with supervisory experience and strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills are essential. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, as well as attention to detail and organizational skills, are necessary for success in this role.
