Legal Funding Coordinator Opportunity

About the Role

As a Legal Funding Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing pre-settlement funding applications, reviewing legal documentation, and communicating with attorneys and clients. This position requires strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and experience in legal funding or related fields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a pipeline of incoming applications and communicate with clients and attorneys to collect case details and documentation.
  • Analyze legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy with timely updates on case statuses and monitor progress of applications to prioritize high-urgency cases effectively.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling legal documents, coordinating with attorneys, and working in a fast-paced environment. They will also be proficient in Google Workspace and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Working knowledge of personal injury case types (auto accidents, premises liability, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and legal case tracking tools is a plus.
