
Strategic Channel Business Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Channel Sales Manager to lead our channel business strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing our channel sales strategy, focusing on driving awareness, acquiring new customers, and retaining/growing existing ones.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing successful channel partner programs, with expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS AND PROGRAMS THAT DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH AND CUSTOMER ACQUISITION.
- Evaluate and ensure partner success in delivering/implementing our products and solutions.
- Establish process, criteria, and controls for partner selection, management, and performance evaluation.
- D RIVE PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS TO INCREASE PIPELINE ACCELERATION.
- Define partner-specific business plans with quantifiable goals to drive revenue target achievement.
- Maintain high standards of business conduct among partners.
- Participate in sales cadence including quarterly business reviews and weekly forecast calls.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Channel Sales Manager in the secure gateway space.
- Proven track record of consistent over quota performance.
- Strong project management skills with experience gaining team consensus and driving deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical topics.
