
Strategic Business Development Specialist

The role of a Business Growth Strategist involves designing and executing campaigns that drive targeted engagement.
Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans, defining target audiences and geos, creating compelling content, and conducting A/B tests to improve performance.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for setting up effective landing pages with clear calls-to-action, integrating campaign flows with relevant software, reporting weekly on key metrics, and managing performance to ROI.
To succeed in this role, applicants should have at least three years of experience in growth or performance marketing for B2C, with proven results in ANZ markets. They should also be proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, as well as GA4, Looker Studio, and UTM discipline.
A strong understanding of property, residential leasing, marketplaces, or similar demand funnels is highly valued. Excellent English communication skills are essential for briefs, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
