The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, and building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow existing customer relationships
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
- Bid on and close new sales opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer communication, and progress towards targets
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or client-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze customer data and identify trends and opportunities
