The Customer Acquisition Executive role at Datamatics involves executing activities that support the client's business development and sales pipeline growth. This includes cold calling, lead qualification, and follow-up, as well as data management and research to identify potential customer segments.
Key Accountabilities:- Cold Calling and Outreach:
- Engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to generate leads.
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations with decision-makers based on identified business opportunities.
- Evaluate and qualify leads to determine their fit with Datamatics' offerings.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Conduct research to identify potential customer segments and gather relevant information for targeting.
- Ensure customer databases are accurate and updated through data mining and cleansing.
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn and other CRM platforms for lead generation and engagement.
- Adapt to new tools and technologies introduced for improving lead generation processes.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, telesales, or appointment setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with LinkedIn and other CRM platforms for networking and lead generation.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage prospects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and nurture relationships with potential customers.
- Ability to articulate a value proposition clearly and persuasively.
- Strong research and data organization skills to maintain accurate and updated customer information.
- Adaptability to new tools, software, and processes.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and leads simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
- Able to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
- Amenable to work on a graveyard shift schedule.
