Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst/Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact directly with clients and various stakeholders to understand system issues, requirements, and related concerns.
  • Monitor and track issue resolution, identifying next steps and actions needed.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Gather information to identify areas for system improvement and provide recommendations.
  • Provide user training as required to enhance productivity.
  • Document processes and create user manuals and related documentation for customers and support personnel.
Requirements
  • A degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Possess strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Order Management System, is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of MySQL or SQL scripting is desired.
  • Ability to interact directly with clients and stakeholders is crucial.
  • Knowledge of service or helpdesk management systems is a plus.
  • Experience with technical writing, including documenting process flow diagrams, business requirements documents, and user manuals, is highly valued.
