We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing information and assistance to clients via mail, fax, and internet
- Communicating with clients to resolve concerns and address issues
As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- BPO experience a plus but not necessary
