About the role

This full-time Administrative Assistant role at Construction Business' offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing construction company. Based in Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support, contributing to the bidding process, and managing the billing and invoicing functions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, diary management, and organising meetings
  2. Assisting with the preparation of bids and proposals, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
  3. Maintaining and updating the company's bidding database, tracking opportunities and deadlines
  4. Handling the invoicing process, including preparing and sending invoices to clients, and following up on payments
  5. Providing general office support, such as managing stationery supplies and coordinating with external service providers
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the construction industry
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  5. Experience with billing and invoicing processes, including maintaining accurate records
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
