Technical Support Specialist

At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide training and documentation, and maintain clear and concise communication with customers and team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, chat, and ticket channels
  • Identify and report bugs, and assist in testing and verification of fixes
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
  • Collaborate with engineers and other teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical support and customer service
  • Ability to handle high volumes of tickets and communications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with H.323 and SIP protocols
  • Knowledge of PBX systems and network administration
  • CCNA certification or equivalent
  • Administration of Exchange, Office 365, or Google Apps email and calendaring tools
