
Technical Support Expert

At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide training and documentation, and maintain clear and concise communication with customers and team members.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, and ticket channels
- Identify and report bugs, and assist in testing and verification of fixes
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with engineers and other teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical support and customer service
- Ability to handle high volumes of tickets and communications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with H.323 and SIP protocols
- Knowledge of PBX systems and network administration
- CCNA certification or equivalent
- Administration of Exchange, Office 365, or Google Apps email and calendaring tools
