About the Role

This role provides technical assistance to customers via email, chat, and phone.

  • Installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware and software systems.
  • Resolving customer-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues.
  • Maintaining system functionality by testing computer components.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of technical support experience.
  • General knowledge of web-based and mobile apps.
  • A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and even temperament.
  • Native or near-native written and spoken English.
  • Ability to understand and convey tone via written communications.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
