Technical Support Professional

This is a call center-based position where you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and customer relationship skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Work with internal teams to identify and address customer issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and other documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, engineering)
- Minimum 1 year of technical experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of hardware and software systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
