Job Summary:
The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products, as well as escalating more complex issues to our Tier 3 team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products.
- Escalate complex issues to our Tier 3 team.
- Document and track customer interactions using our ticketing system.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on new technologies and product updates.
- Work collaboratively with other teams, including Product, Development, and Quality Assurance, to identify and resolve technical issues.
