Order Processing Specialist

This position is a proactive support role for order entry, tracking, and operational processes. You will collaborate closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to maintain visibility across orders and suggest improvements in workflow where needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer orders within the company's ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.
  • Collaborate with remote team members during EST working hours.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • Strong ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort working U.S. hours (EST) in a remote setting.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in the flexible packaging industry.
  • Familiarity with U.S.-based manufacturing or supply chain processes.
  • Prior experience working with remote or international teams.
  • Process improvement or operations analyst background.
