
Remote Appointment Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Appointment Coordinator.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our sales team, accurately inputting information into our system, representing the company in the best way possible when conversing with contacts, ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the company, delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis, and participating in process-improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role;
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills;
- Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate a computer, use common software applications, and perform simple troubleshooting (e.g., checking internet connectivity, audio settings, or browser functions);
- Strong internet connection;
- Designated professional and quiet workspace;
- Amenable to working on a graveyard shift;
