Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious professional to serve as the primary contact for existing clients and coordinate project scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling requests, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate client schedules by relaying service requests and confirming details.
  • Prepare and format proposals for turnover and renovation services, securing leadership approval.
  • Monitor project status and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of POs, invoices, and scheduling in platforms like BuilderTrend.
  • Document workflows to support onboarding and standardization.
  • Complete recurring tasks such as weekly emails consistently.
  • Support business growth through light outreach, with opportunities to grow into a sales role if desired.
Collaboration and Teamwork

As part of our fast-paced property services team, you will collaborate daily to maintain high standards of execution and client satisfaction. You will interact with leadership, scheduling staff, and external clients to ensure smooth operations.
