About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our transformation and sustainability initiatives. This role plays a key part in coordinating projects that drive organizational change, enhance operational efficiency, and embed sustainable practices into our business model. The Project Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our transformation and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring projects across transformation and sustainability initiatives.

Tracking & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, track progress against KPIs, and prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement: Support communication between internal teams, external partners, and sustainability stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.

Sustainability Integration: Ensure that sustainability considerations are embedded into project deliverables, aligning with corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) commitments.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation that contribute to transformation objectives.

Compliance & Standards: Support adherence to sustainability standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.

Event & Workshop Support: Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to transformation and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, preferably within transformation, change management, or sustainability-focused roles.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar).

Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, ESG principles, or change management methodologies is an advantage.
