Project Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to manage and oversee multiple projects involving low-voltage systems, including security systems, surveillance cameras, access control, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and timelines
• Develop and manage project plans, proposals, and estimates
• Coordinate with engineers and design teams to ensure accurate project specifications
• Collaborate with subcontractors and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system installation or equipment performance
• Monitor team progress and offer guidance on technical, logistical, and operational challenges

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing complex low-voltage systems projects
• Strong technical knowledge of low-voltage systems and networking equipment
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High level of organizational and time management skills
