Project Coordinator (Independent Contractor) – Pooling Purposes

Location: Metro Manila

Employment Type: Project-Based Independent Contractor (Initial 3 months, possible extension up to 12 months)

About the Role

We are pooling applicants for Independent Contractor – Project Coordinator roles with a top technology-driven enterprise. The Project Coordinator will support project managers and team leads, ensuring efficient project execution while handling billing, invoicing, and payment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Maintain documentation (charters, schedules, status reports).
  • Monitor milestones, risks, and provide regular updates.
  • Manage client invoicing, vendor payments, and internal reconciliations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years' project coordination, billing, or financial admin experience.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and financial literacy.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently in hybrid/remote setup.
  • Preferred: PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile background.
