About the Role:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our team in the successful delivery of projects. The role involves assisting Project Managers with day-to-day administration, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in managing project administration tasks.
  • Assist Project Managers in initiating, tracking, and completing projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and records.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role, ideally within larger companies.
  • Background in the signage construction industry is highly regarded.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in project coordination or administration is an advantage.
