As the primary point of contact for customers via phone, you will provide top-notch service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions. You will also maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone calls
- Deliver first-class customer service by addressing queries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of products, services, and policies to expertly support customers
- Accurately record customer interactions and transactions across various tools and platforms
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate problems as necessary
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within defined hours of operation with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays
- Possess strong computer and technology skills with the ability to efficiently operate multiple windows and tabs
