Job Description

The Senior M365 Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to clients across various industries. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

This individual will work in a 24x7 support environment, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved by taking ownership and responsibility for cases that come into the Service Management Center (SMC).

Responsibilities include monitoring queues for incoming alerts and incidents, working collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure speedy resolution of client issues, and taking ownership of cases escalated to Microsoft.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT infrastructure and application support, including knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Admin, Exchange server admin, and M365 services.

A good understanding of customer environments, communication with customers at various levels of an organization, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of several years of experience in IT industry with respect to infrastructure and application support background.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Admin, Exchange server admin, and M365 services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Good understanding of customer environments.
