Job Title

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position, working from home with flexible hours.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to our clients, resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance via phone or email to resolve client issues related to Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Cloud technologies, Microsoft Office Apps, and networking solutions.
  • Work closely with senior network engineers to troubleshoot complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for technical procedures and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Technical Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in an IT services/consulting company, managed services provider (MSP), or corporate IT department.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Troubleshooting experience in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure Virtual Desktops.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ConnectWise, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Microsoft Server Infrastructure.
  • Microsoft Cloud Technologies (O365, Intune, SharePoint Online, Azure AD).
