Role Overview

MDM/UEM Support Specialist Senior Role

This is an opportunity to join a global support team as a skilled and customer-focused MDM/UEM Support Specialist. The role will involve working on challenging technical issues, collaborating with world-class teams across Product, Engineering, and QA.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth support for global customers on MDM/UEM platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems efficiently
  • Escalate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product-related matters
  • Develop knowledge base articles and training materials
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices
  • Handle escalations with urgency and professionalism
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support (enterprise software/SaaS)
  • Strong experience with VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, or IBM MaaS360
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, Salesforce
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
